Bob White, CCIM
Bob White founded Landmark Commercial Real Estate in 1988, then Landmark Realty Corporation, and has led the company continuously since that time as its sole shareholder. He has developed and sold numerous office and industrial properties throughout Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland over a career spanning 28 years, and holds designations as a Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute. Bob has also taught principles of real estate and real estate sales at the local college level. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia in 1975, and attended George Mason University for graduate level studies in accounting, in addition to the many professional accreditation courses he has completed.

Blair White, CCIM
Blair White joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate in 2002 and has served as Vice President since 2007. His primary focus has been on investment sales of office and industrial properties, having sold some of the most highly sought after buildings in Northern Virginia. Blair has also led the private equity side of the business, raising millions of dollars of capital from high net-worth individuals for the firm’s investment fund. In 2008, he completed the rigorous Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum, recognized for producing the top five percent of commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. Blair received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from James Madison University and is a member of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.
Kelly O'Brien
Kelly O'Brien joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate in the spring of 2016. As the company’s Marketing Director she is responsible for all marketing related activities, from real estate research and analysis to advertising, graphic design, online media, direct mail and all promotional activities. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Mary Washington.
Bryant White
Bryant White joined Landmark Commercial Real Estate in 2020. As one of the company's Leasing/Sales Associates Bryant shows property, assists in contract writing, and works closely with all parties in the transaction. He also serves as a property manager and has extensive knowledge in industrial property management and large scale maintenance projects. Bryant earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Mary Washington.
