• Represented the purchaser in the coordination of wetlands permits and authorization for offsite mitigation approved by the U.S. Corps of Engineers, so as to enable the development and resale of a 7.3 acre site zoned M-2 industrial.
• Landmark arranged for the seller to obtain and pay for intermittent streams and wetlands credits by acquisition of land in a USCOE authorized wetlands bank, enabling the purchaser to proceed to closing as provided in the contract.  Property subsequently sold for redevelopment.
