  • Represented 15.88 acres of R-1 zoned land contiguous to the Vienna Metro station, eventually assembled and sold as a part of one of the most hard fought and celebrated zoning cases in Fairfax County’s recent past.
  • Landmark assisted the owner in creating an RFP process for solicitation of competing development proposals.  As a result, the selling price based upon approved mixed use density with a price floor and no cap, ultimately resulted in a sales price at about twice the initial expectation. This case established a new precedent for the county in determining the value of additional residential and mixed use density around Metro Stations on the Orange Line in Fairfax County.
